Caught with possession of marijuana texas need help rights violated!!?

okay so about 2 months ago i was caught with 8 grams of weed here's what happened the police man came up to my door asking if jose vasquez was home my mom answers and says no one by that name lives here so then the police ask if there is a teenager here she says yes but he is jose Gonzalez she steps away from the door and i walk up but the police let themselves in anyway without my consent he continues to go on that he has a reason to believe there is pot in my house i ask do you have a search warrant he gives me a half *** excuse and says he's going to search my house anyway and rip it apart if i don't tell him where my pot was i listen and give him my weed he simply says if i was willing to cooperate he would drop all charges i said okay and gives me his card he tells me to call to rat someone out he gives me 10 days to do so 2 months later he calls me that a detective wants to have a word with me about my charges i accepted the request and went to meet with the detective he tells me i have a cl b misdemeanor for the pot and can easily be taken off my record if i rat out 2 people then he tells me he cant guarantee that i wont have to go testify when i turn those two people in which is dumb because then ill have people after me saying i snitched and what not and i had to sign some contract stating that i was going to work for them i said id think about it and id call him next week i want to know if i can get legal istance for all this i don't want to rat people out and put my life in danger what should i do oh and i have a clean record i'm 18 live in texas its my first offense ever want to know if a lawyer could help me drop the charges
