Is it harment if my boyfriends brother sends me texts accusing me of altering a pregnancy test when I have?

My boyfriend believes me and that's all that should matter. I was just wondering if that is slander or cyberbullying. Maybe something that I can use as leverage to get him to stop if I can threaten to file charges.
