Does anyone have mild dissociation(depersonalization or derealization) without suffering from mental illness?

Definitely continue exercising and also make sure you getting all the vitamins you need. the B's are really important. Also, eat more veggies, it helps me. Personally, I think because you work with psychiatric issues, you are more prone to over yze yourself. If you really feel like it's a problem, I would suggest getting help from a professional.
