Have you tried spreading the word on facebook? I would send it to every rescue group you possibly can by means of facebook. I think word would get around much quicker that way. Try googling businesses that do business in that area. People travel back and forth for meetings all of the time. If you can find one or two businesses with a facebook page you can send a message to them.
