Do you think this outfit is too much?

i really love it, but i'm nervous to wear it school. it's a men's long sleeve plaid shirt and i'm wearing it as a dress, i'm 5'4 so trust me, it's long enough, with leggings and my grey knit Ugg boots. is that too much for the school, the reason i want to wear it is because i have a field hockey banquet that day to go too and it looks kind of nice, not to dressy but nice. would it be too much for school?
