What is going on while im playing a game windows shuts down?

when i try or while im playing a game i get an error that says windows shutdown to prevent damage why is this happening all my drivers are all updated and ive got plenty ram so whats all this mean and is there a way to keep this from happening. the errors are coming from win32.sys
