Car Repair - Who does this/ How much will it cost?

The car skidded on a snowy road and hit a curb. Now the tire rim has a chip out of it. Who do I go to to have it fixed? A general mechanic. a body shop, a tire place? I'm just not sure -- and how much should I expect to pay?
