I don't know anything about the program, but I would guess that you need to input a valid chemical equilibrium to make it work - which you do not have. You cannot make a valid chemical equation with only these four compounds (H2S and H2O as reactants and SO2 and H2SO4 as products). Write out the balanced equation for a valid chemical equilibrium first.
