I need help with styling my hair?! :)?

Okay so. whenever I straighten my hair every morning for school, it always waves after an hour of school. It makes me so mad. If there's anyway to make it stay straight through out the whole day, that would be so helpful! I straighten my hair with a ultra chi, and its purple. :) thaanks.
