Is it ok to have affair if nobody finds out?

Mature answers only. I personally would never cheat. I haven't had a relationship in years but on the flip side I frequently date married men. I have no prob bec I'd never want a relationship with a cheater but from their point of view considering their wives are never going to find out as they have no intention naturally to tell, is there a problem with that?
