Is this slander/libel?

There is this guy that was trying to break me and my boyfriend up so he could have me but it didnt work out how he planned. He is very bitter and jealous of my boyfriend. He posted a song on the internet about me and my boyfriend saying all these rude comepletely ridiculous untrue things.He also uses my boyfriends name, city we live in, and phone number in the song, inviting people to har him. Can we do anything about this? Please list your source.
