What is the best way to relieve severe back pain that is related to Scoliosis with over the counter medicine?

Right now i am looking for any medicine or over the counter tail that I can take to relieve severe back-pain that is related to my Scoliosis? I like so many others do not have health insurance and do not want to go the illegal route. The weather here in KC makes it the pain unbearable and today I am just looking for anything. The ibuprofen that I am taking is barely doing anything? Any suggestions out there?
