Why do liberals always want to compare our country to other countries (as in all other modern countries have u

niversal healthcare) all the time? They do this to try to make a point that we are behind the times or something. But I say we are a very young country, founded on the principles of personaly resonsibility and the freedom to be as successful as we want to be, and to fail if we so choose by sitting on our duffs. And these principles have propelled us to being the single greatest country on the planet, the single greatest super power, the place freedom-loving people flock to. Why do the liberals want to change that to be like other countries?
