Should I get a Blackjack 2 or is it too masculine for a female?

one of my friends said a Blackjack 2 is too masculine for a girl. It is kinda boxy looking, LOL. is this a good phone. I also have a razr, but it's for my mom. We're on AT&T. Also is 350 minutes a good plan (it's 700 minutes for both phones).
